The case
Mr. Xie moved to Suzhou in 2009, and he signed a one-year labor contract with a food company on Feb 5th 2010. He was employed as a salesman and his salary was 1000 RMB/Month. On May 1st 2010, the International Labor’s Day, the food company wanted to send some presents to regular customers to thank them for their support. Me. Xie was in charge of this. However, because of Mr. Xie’s careless and slack attitude, 12 of the regular customers didn’t get the presents. Probation period has to follow certain rules and unlimited probation period is untenable
Case
Mr. Wang signed a labor probation period contract with company A in Sep 2009 in Suzhou. According to the contract, the probation period was one month and there was no salary except living expenses.
